We are committed to providing stable and cleaner energy and reducing emissions both in our own operations and across the entire value chain.

We are starting the transformation from within – by investing in lower-emission generation sources and renewable energy, offering more environmentally friendly products and services, improving energy efficiency, and strengthening our resilience to climate change.

Goal 1.
Transforming generation sources towards low/zero emission energy production
Goal 2.
Decarbonization of heating systems
Goal 3.
Increased energy efficiency and optimization measures
Goal 4.
Supporting the energy transformation by adapting the distribution network to work in a decentralized power system

We will focus our efforts on environmental protection, responsibly using nature as a key element in the energy transition. By reducing energy production from coal-fired power plants and increasing the share of low-emission generation sources, we will reduce air and water pollution and reduce landfill space. Through nature monitoring, remediation, and ecosystem protection, we will support biodiversity.

Goal 5.
Reducing emissions of pollutants into the air and water
Goal 6.
Optimization of water and sewage management
Goal 7.
Protecting ecosystems and supporting biodiversity
Goal 8.
Increasing the share of the circular economy in the Enea Group's operations

We will strengthen relationships with employees, suppliers, and business partners. We will create an open and diverse work environment that fosters the development of the Group’s employees, enabling us to meet the challenges of the energy transition.

We will build a responsible value chain based on transparency, partnership, and a shared commitment to sustainable development goals.

Goal 9.
Increased employee engagement levels
Goal 10.
Reducing accident rates
Goal 11.
Implementing sustainable supply chain principles and developing cooperation with suppliers
Goal 12.
Implementation of responsible management principles

We not only strengthen energy security and regional economic development, but also provide tangible support to the communities in which we operate. We increase customer satisfaction through attractive offerings tailored to their needs.

Through active community engagement, education, and local collaboration and partnerships, we are building the awareness and competencies essential for the energy transition.

Goal 13.
Increased customer satisfaction levels
Goal 14.
Increased sales of greener products and services
Goal 15.
Development and implementation of standards for cooperation with local communities
Goal 16.
Development of local social programs and increasing the number of beneficiaries

With Energy to Act

The group plans to consistently increase the share of energy from RES and gas in its generation mix so that by 2035 it will account for over 15% of total electricity production in Poland. By the same year, the installed capacity of RES is to increase tenfold – to 4.9 GW.
